Worked in Dubai .
Attacked and Indian pilot
Tried to kill 174 passenger  mostly Israelis
And is now in Saudi Arabia .

Naturally there are rumours how it was all a ploy by the Israeli government who set up the whole show, including a handy pair of spare pilots as well as a co-pilot who was unable to incapacitate the captain sufficiently and was thus unable to point the plane down and flick the fuel switches off.

He's was seriously injured his hand nearly severed and he lost a massive amount of blood .
He didn't restrain  the attacker he made it to the door and called for help hand he not opened the cockpit door all would have perished ..
That was 180 people 27 were children .

Perhaps if you hear his moving conversation with the Indian Prime Minister you will think of him not  as " some bugger  " but a hero who will be remembered for his courage in the history of aviation bravery .

A plane traveling from Dubai to Tel Aviv has been the target of a terroist attack .
The co pilot stabbed the Captain
Passengers broke into the cock pit and over powered the attacker .h
Luckily two other passengers were actually pilots and they rushed in to get control of the plane which fell some 20,000 ft in the struggle .
The terror of that drop and the reactions and bravery of the passengers was amazing .
Good job the Israelis are used to terrorists .

I doubt anyone on here knows the real truth even if they think they do and all others are wrong..
I guess it depends on what (report) you prefer to read..

Being a firm believer in any cause does not make that belief always right..
Sometimes it is best to stay stum than to question others of a different opinion to yours... rather then trying to ridicule them

Agreed Scrumps.  We know many key aspects of the situation, including the heroism of so many of the parties involved.

But there are also some inevitable (seemingly crazy) suggestions about third party involvement.

Since they are on topic, it is fair to add them to the thread.  There is no intent to wind up or incite anything.
